About Me

I graduated Michigan in 2008 on the Diag with a B.A. in Political Sciences. Unsurprisingly, this has left me with a set of skills that makes me moderately attractive to a wide range of jobs, yet not attractive enough to actually receive a “real life” job.  Luckily I got a “transitional” job with a certain, large Ann Arbor employer doing various video production and management tasks, which conveniently allows for many hours to tool around the Internet.

My first post was in March of 2007, but I had been helping Tim with various VB related tasks–most notably the road trips to Notre Dame and Penn State–since the start of the 2006 season.  My posting is as inconsistant as Tim’s is dependable. Some weeks I’ll have three or even five posts and then disappear for a few weeks.  On one such hiatus Tim asked me “are you ever going to write anything? Why the hell are you even an author here?”  This spawned the sarcastic “I posted” tag* that appeared on almost all my posts before the switch to the new site.

I end up doing a lot of the technical stuff around the site, including modifying a pre-designed theme for WordPress and migrating our Blogger data over.  The recruiting boards are custom built out of PHP, MySQL and good bit of jQuery.  If you have any questions about any technical aspect of the site, let me know and I’ll try to answer it.
